space.
In the interest of safety, please do not place heavy luggage or objects with unstable shapes
on the shelves. Please place them at your feet or in the underfloor trunk space
instead.
Exceptionally long luggage, valuables, animals, dangerous items, fragile items, items
which may damage the bus or cause harm or inconvenience to other passengers will not be allowed to be
brought into the bus or stored in the underfloor trunk space.
Please note that we shall not be
liable for any loss of or damage to your property unless caused by gross negligence of the bus
operators.
Capacity of the underfloor trunk space is limited; there may be situations where we are
unable to store your luggage.

per person is one piece up to 50 x 60 x 120cm in size and up to 30kg in weight.
Passengers with
luggage in addition to one suitcase which exceeds the limits above (cardboard boxes, items whose
contents cannot be confirmed, items that exceed reasonable size or weight limits, etc.) must make
advance reservations for storage; any undeclared luggage will be refused.
Please
keep your luggage to a minimum and ship large luggage in advance using a courier service.
Refund
requests due to luggage storage related issues will incur a service fee.
Children’s fares apply to elementary school students. The fare for children is half
that of adults, with values of 5 yen being rounded up to the next 10 yen.
Children younger than
elementary school age will not be charged a fare except for the following reasons.
・The child is
occupying a seat.
・The child is riding alone.
The following passengers will receive a 50%
discount on standard adult or child fare.
・Passengers issued a Certificate of Disability in
accordance with Article 15 Paragraph 4 of the Act on Welfare of Physically Disabled Persons who
present their certificate
・Passengers issued a Rehabilitation Handbook for Persons with
Intellectual Disabilities in accordance with the Rehabilitation Notebook System who present their
certificate
・Passengers who are cared for or protected by a facility stipulated in Article 12-4
and Articles 41-44 of the Child Welfare Act who present a Bus Fare Discount Certificate
*In all cases, if a caregiver (accompaniment) is required, the fare discount will also
apply to that of one caregiver (accompaniment) traveling with the passenger. However, if the
passenger has a certificate, handbook, or discount certificate and is able to ride for free, the
caregiver will not be eligible for the discount.
*Please note that no discounts other than those
listed above are available.
You can make changes prior to your departure time on weekdays between 9:00 am to 2:30
pm as long as the bus line remains the same and the fare does not increase.
If you need to make
a change multiple times or if the fare increases, you will need to purchase a
new ticket after canceling and getting a refund.
Depending on how you cancel, there could also be
a fee.
Changes cannot be made after the departure time.
Email tickets and mobile tickets
(email ticket converted into a smartphone ticket) purchased through Hassha Alright Net can only be
changed if purchased with a credit card.
Changes can be made online until 10:59 pm the day before departure, if seats are available.
Changes cannot be made for purchases made with JAPAN BUS ONLINE.
You will have to cancel and
make a new purchase.
Cancellations and refunds of tickets will be made using the following formula only if
a request is made before the departure time printed on the ticket.
In that event, a service fee
for the refund will be applied. Please also note that any requests made after the departure time
printed on the ticket will not be handled.
・Complete cancellation of one-way ticket: one-way
ticket fare - service fee (¥110) = refund amount
*Service fee amount varies according to point of
refund.
The point of refund varies depending on the point of purchase.
(1) JTB tickets: To
cancel and get a refund, call the JTBHTA sales center (050-3311-8730) or scan the QR code on your
ticket to do it online.
* Refunds cannot be obtained at convenience stores.
(2) Hassha Alright Net and JAPAN BUS ONLINE

By 10:59 pm the day before the departure
date: Online refund
11:00 pm and after the day before the departure date: Call the bus company, and you will be refunded
by the payment processor after performing the procedure.
It will take time for the refund to be
processed.
You cannot cancel a reservation online the day before departure. You must call the bus company.

(4) If you purchased
a ticket through a travel agency (JTB Metropolitan Area), they will provide the refund.

If your smartphone ticket cannot be confirmed on the departure date, you will need to
purchase another ticket and get a re-issuance certificate.
Then, contact the WELLNET call center for a refund.
For email/mobile tickets, if your printed,
email, or mobile ticket cannot be confirmed, you will need to purchase another ticket and get a
re-issuance certificate.
Then, contact the bus company to get a refund from your payment processor. It will take time to be
processed.
Please note that significant delays in arriving at your destination due to traffic and
weather conditions, etc. may occur. No refunds will be provided due to delays. Additionally, no
compensation with regard to connecting transportation, accommodation facilities, etc. arranged by
the passenger will be provided.
Operation may be suspended if it is judged that ensuring the
safety of operation may be difficult due to road or weather conditions, etc. Please contact the
Reservation Center or the bus sales office of the relevant transportation company for any inquiries
regarding operation status.
Operation information can also be checked on Hassha Alright Net or
our website. In the event that operation is suspended, refunds will be issued with no service fees
applied. Please not that no compensation with regard to connecting transportation, accommodation
facilities, etc. arranged by the passenger will be provided in the event of suspension of operation.
Smoking is prohibited inside the bus.
Please wear your seat belt at all times when
the bus is moving.
Please take care not to cause a nuisance to other passengers when using
smartphones, mobile phones, or other devices on the bus.
Regarding wheelchairs: Please note that
foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the underfloor trunk space, but as a general rule, we are
unable to accept electric wheelchairs. (We may request that you use a different means of
transportation.)
Additional fees separate from the fare may be charged if your ticket is
purchased from a travel agency.
As a general rule, we refuse reservations made using fictitious
names or contact information as that information is necessary in the event of an emergency.
